Draft synchronization now checks for newer edits before writing and preserves regular attachments and inline images across supported email providers.

• Delayed synchronization and retries no longer make older drafts appear newer.
• Attachment downloads and outgoing draft contents are verified before synchronization is marked complete.
• Fastmail keeps the previous draft until its replacement is verified.
• Typing during a save remains unsaved until the latest text is saved.

Choose what happens after sending a new message, reply, or forward: send normally, add the conversation to Handle later with an optional reminder, or get nudged if nobody replies.

• Change your choice beside Abort during the sending countdown. Aborting restores the draft and your saved choice.
• Find your outstanding work immediately without waiting for your provider’s Sent folder to sync.
• Use Act, Handle later, Waiting on others, and Done from Sent conversations. Sent copies stay in Sent.
• Keep the same workflow across web, desktop, mobile, terminal, and API clients.

Fixed missing embedded images in received emails, including messages synced from Fastmail. Existing messages benefit without being reimported.

Embedded images load automatically while externally hosted images continue to respect your image privacy settings.

Mailtwine’s Linux tray menu now opens with a single left-click, including on Omarchy and native Wayland desktops. Submenus, settings, and counts remain available while the main window is hidden.

IMAP accounts now resume synchronization reliably after interrupted or stalled work.

• Mailtwine folders follow your server’s folder structure.
• Failed writes can recover while new mailbox updates continue arriving.
• Timed-out requests release their connections promptly.
• Profile headings are easier to read, and administrative repair commands work from their current location.

Email deletions, restores, and status changes now remain protected while provider synchronization completes.

• Older sync activity can no longer replace your latest action.

Fixed ordinary mailbox changes being skipped when a provider update arrived before synchronization. Restoring an email from Trash now returns it to Inbox, clears previous deferred tracking, and synchronizes the restore with connected providers. Restore can be retried after a temporary synchronization queue failure.

Fixed an additional synchronization issue that could replace a recent Helpmonks conversation change with an older state. Newer saved changes take precedence while conversation ownership rules remain intact.

Fixed an issue where deleting a Fastmail email from Catch up could leave it visible again after refreshing. Mailtwine now preserves the latest saved action when synchronizing, including a later restore.

Activating the Mailtwine tray icon on Linux or clicking it on Windows now opens its menu. Right-click access remains available.

Mailtwine now reflects completed and closed Helpmonks conversations immediately and reuses any existing reply draft.

• Successful Helpmonks actions disappear from active work without waiting for background sync.
• Reply opens the current draft across web, mobile, and terminal clients.
• Late AI triage results no longer recreate handled work or orphan drafts.

Bulk email actions are easier to scan again.

• Assign, reassign, unassign, and complete from list rows or bulk selection.
• Mine and Assigned recover legacy account identity details automatically.
• The bulk action bar remains a compact single row at narrower widths.

Adding another account from Mailtwine Desktop now opens your default browser and shows the account chooser.

• Accounts already signed in to your browser are available.
• The new account is added without signing out the account already open in Desktop.
